Cancellation and Refund

1. Subscription Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable.

Our subscriptions are prepaid and do not auto-renew. Once a subscription is purchased and activated, it cannot be refunded. There is no need to cancel as subscriptions do not automatically renew - they simply expire at the end of the paid period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only for non-subscription services under the following circumstances:

  • Service not delivered as described
  • Technical issues preventing service usage that cannot be resolved
  • Duplicate payments made in error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • All subscription purchases
  • Services that have been fully utilized or consumed
  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days from purchase date
  • Refunds requested due to change of mind after service usage
  • Third-party fees or charges
  • Referral bonuses or promotional credits

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (for eligible non-subscription services only), contact us at contact@upprank.in with:

  • Your order number or transaction ID
  • Clear reason for the refund request
  • Relevant documentation supporting your request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
